Cancellation terms for individuals:

We offer a full refund of individual bookings if cancellation is received 72 hours before arrival.
After that time, the full price for the accommodation is charged, also in the event of no show.

Cancellation terms for groups:

We charge the full price if the booking is canceled late or if the guest does not show up. A group is considered 10 persons or more.
Standard cancellation policy for groups is 8 weeks prior to arrival.

Narfastaðir Guesthouse Farmhotel is not responsible for cancellations related to events beyond our control. For example, weather conditions, strikes, etc.

Payment terms

Narfastaðir Guesthouse Farmhotel reserves the right to charge guests for accommodation two days prior to arrival.
If the booking does not include card details, guests are required to provide card details upon check-in.
All prices are specified for each product and include all service charges, accommodation tax and value added tax.

Hotel rules

Check-in time starts at 15:00
Check-out from the hotel is until 12:00

Narfastaðir Guesthouse Farmhotel has the right to deny guests entry or accommodation or to require guests to leave the hotel if abnormal behavior is demonstrated, be it threatening or offensive, causing disturbance to other guests or staff.

Pets are not allowed.

All our rooms and common areas are non-smoking. We charge a high fee if this rule is broken.
If a guest breaks hotel property during their stay, they must pay for it.

Extra bed and lost items

If a baby cot is requested in the room, it is free of charge.
If an extra bed is requested in a family room, an extra charge is added.

All lost items are kept for a month before being donated to the Red Cross.
Please contact reception if items are lost and you want to access them again.
